Thank you God
for supplying all I need.
Especially thank you for
Giving up your only Son for us.
I know that you have given us
more than I need.
Thank you God.
Thank you for giving me
my needs and for
watching over me.

~~ “Every night, when I look out of my window,
~~ I see an Angel.” Preston – age 5

A poem by my grandfather “Papa”.

He had a sad childhood.

I have encountered angels
As a child I knew them well
They were there in the lonely nights
I knew their comfort
The breaking of the little children
Makes our God very angry
He sends the angels to help
Ask the little child

I love you God,
Yes, I do.
It is so amazing
that your love
 can cover all of me.
I love you God,
So this is what I’ll do –
I’ll spread your news from
person to person..
I love you God so I just want to say,

“Especially for you.”
My love for you is so big.
I love you so much Lord.
You love me too.
You give me everything that I need.
I will always love you Lord.
Oh, you are so mighty.
I love you.

 The Lord will guide you always;
He will satisfy your needs…
You will be like a well-watered garden,
Like a spring whose waters never fail.

Know God July 13, 2009

“I want to know God.”  Sterling – age 3
The other day, Sterling made a cross with masking tape on the headboard of his bed.
His big brother Preston asked him, “Sterling, why did you make a cross?”
Sterling answered, “I want to know God.”
His answer reminded me of what Jesus said in John 14:7:
“If you really knew me, you would know my Father as well.”
When we really see what Jesus did for us on the cross, we will know God.
My greatest desire for my children is that they will “know God”.

My Special Grandfather July 9, 2009

Take time out to spend with God.

Always have time to be with the

One and only God.

Take one hour or thirty minutes

By yourself and be with God.

Take time out to spend with God.

God loves you and I love God.
